looking to evolve, VW invited LBi to pitch for the online global presence
under new brand positioning of Das Auto.
I was brought in to work alongside the Experience Architects and the Creative Director to define a user journey from entry point at .com, down through the range into a particular model (The Touareg). Once arriving at the model, the user can experience the features in a relevant and engaging environment before customising it, pricing it and finding the nearest dealer to take the vehicle for a test drive.
